Hiring Policy

• OFF-ROAD / UNSEALED
  Unsealed roads and 4x4 routes must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

• FREE CAMPING
  Is allowed (and encouraged).

• MINIMUM BOOKING
  3 days.

• NO SMOKING

• NO FESTIVALS

• PICK-UP
  Anytime from 7am.

• DROP-OFF
  Anytime until 5pm.

• DRIVER AGE
  Youngest driver must be 21 years of age or older.

• EMERGENCY
  If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - Then call me!

• DAMAGE
  If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.

• AWNING
  Awning must be packed away or pegged down before bad weather arises.

• LONG TRIPS
  Generous daily 400 km allowance (calculated over whole trip length, so for a 10 day booking, you can travel 4,000km) is included in the booking price. You will be charged 38 cents per kilometre for each additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify's pre/post hire checklist.

• CLEANING
  Vehicle and equipment to be returned in a clean state or select option to be cleaned by owner (fee applies). Excessive cleaning will incur an (out-back cleaning) fee.

• FUEL
  Return FULL of DIESEL - All hires include a full tank upon departure.

• GAS
  Butane Gas for gas burner. each hire comes with 4 spare butane gas cylinders.
